You train too hard to keep managing injuries that never fully heal. Get to the root cause โ and get back to moving freely.

Sound familiar?
Most dancers train through pain โ until the pain makes them stop. If any of these are part of your regular routine, it's time to address the actual cause, not just the symptom.
Ankle that keeps spraining
Never healed 100% the first time โ and it shows.
Lower back pain after training
Aching, stiff, or sharp on twists and drops.
Knee pain on landings
Especially on impact-heavy moves and floor work.
Neck stiffness & headaches
From toprock, headspins, or hours of practice.
Wrists & shoulders from floorwork
Freezes, planks, and arm-heavy styles compound fast.
"Always tight, never recovered"
You stretch every day but still feel stiff. That's structural.
The difference here is that your injuries get assessed through a dance lens โ I know what a backrock, freeze, or windmill looks like in your body, and I adjust accordingly. Ask me about your specific issue โ
"I've been in the scene for over a decade. I know why you train through pain โ I did it too."
About Me
I've spent 11+ years training in most street styles โ battles, competing, and putting my body through everything that comes with the culture. I know what it feels like when your back locks up the night before a showcase, or your ankle swells and you have to decide whether to sit out.
When I discovered chiropractic, I didn't just find a career. I found a way to bridge movement science with real healthcare. I trained in the Gonstead method โ one of the most precise approaches in the field โ so I could identify exactly what's wrong and fix it specifically, not generally.
This practice exists for dancers who are tired of being told to "just rest." You need to move. I know that. Let's get you back on the floor.
Who I help
Whether you're competing, performing, teaching, or just trying to train without falling apart โ if you dance, this is for you.
Hip hop, breaking, popping, locking, waacking โ I live in the culture. I understand the training demands, the competitive mindset, and the injuries you downplay because missing a session feels worse than the pain.
Competition prep, peaking, and post-event recovery โ we work to your calendar, not a generic rehab timeline. Your next showcase is a real deadline, and I treat it like one.
Heavy class schedules take a structural toll earlier than most people expect. Don't wait until a small issue ends your season. Come in while it's still manageable.
You've tried physio. You've rested. It keeps coming back. If that sounds familiar, we need to find what's actually driving it โ not just treat the symptom again.
The process
No guesswork. No "let's see how it feels in a few weeks." Here's exactly what happens.
I look at how you move, not just where it hurts. The Gonstead approach includes postural analysis, motion palpation, and X-rays โ assessed through a dance performance lens, not a standard clinical one.
Every adjustment targets a specific vertebra or joint โ the one that's actually causing the problem. Gonstead is known for being more specific than most chiropractic methods. That precision matters when your body is your instrument.
You'll get practical, dance-specific guidance between sessions โ how to warm up more intelligently, what to modify while healing, and how to reinforce what we've worked on in the clinic.
The goal is never just "pain gone." It's confident, unrestricted movement โ back in the cypher, on stage, in class โ without constantly guarding. We track progress until you're genuinely back.
Why choose me
Most clinics treat dancers the same as any other patient. Here, the fact that you dance is the starting point, not a footnote.
11+ years in street dance means I understand the culture, the training obsession, and the injuries you hide. I won't recommend you stop dancing โ I'll help you dance smarter.
Most general chiro adjusts multiple levels at once. Gonstead identifies and treats only the specific problem segment. When your body needs precision, generic won't do.
Getting out of pain is the floor, not the ceiling. The real goal is restoring your full range, confidence, and performance output โ not just getting you to "manageable."
You'll always know what's wrong, why it's happening, and what we're doing about it โ explained in terms that make sense, not in clinical language designed to sound impressive.
FAQ
In most cases, no. I work to keep you training at whatever level is safe, and we modify your load intelligently rather than just stopping everything. Performance is always part of the plan.
This depends entirely on your specific issue and how long you've had it. Most acute cases see significant improvement in 2โ4 sessions. Chronic recurring problems may need longer. I'll give you an honest timeline after your first assessment โ no vague answers.
Two differences: the Gonstead method is highly specific โ we identify and treat the exact segment causing the problem rather than general manipulation. And the assessment is done with your dance demands in mind. Generic approaches often miss the root cause for active movers.
3 weeks is enough time to make a meaningful difference. Come in as soon as possible โ the earlier we start, the better the outcome before your event. WhatsApp me now and we'll work around your training schedule.
We have two clinic locations โ Bukit Jalil and Seri Kembangan, both in the Kuala Lumpur / Selangor area. WhatsApp me to confirm the nearest location and find a time that works with your training schedule.
